PROJECT DESCRIPTION
New High-Rise Commercial Building Downtown.
The client needed a surveillance system to monitor two entrances and a parking garage for a new high-end commercial building downtown. Due to the aesthetic concerns, we installed powerful new CCTV cameras one story up to avoid notice and made sure the cameras matched the exterior perfectly.
A High-Rise Commercial Building Located in Chelsea.
The client was renovating the building and wanted high-end commercial firms as tenants. We installed surveillance cameras throughout the building and elevators, and restricted access to the different floors with a digital keypad, complete with a different code for each tenant. The building looks great and is completely secure.

TThe client was looking for a keyless entrance, but had a limited budget. We installed electric door releases at the front doors and connected them to a digital key pad. We programmed unique tenant codes, which we now change periodically. The client has a solid keyless entrance security system in place at an affordable price.
A Major TV Network in New York.
Our client requested solid security for their passage doors. We installed electromagnetic locks throughout the space, which was perfect for the client’s needs, as it allowed them to use their existing card system for all their employees to access certain doors. We happily acquired another satisfied customer with a multi-year service agreement.
Exclusive Condominium Near Gramercy Park.
The client had a service entrance located far from their front desk. We installed a service entrance intercom and camera, and connected them to the front desk. We repaired the door, installed an electromagnetic lock, and even installed a sound and led light indicator by the front desk, which notifies them about unlocked doors.
A Major Entertainment Company.
Our client took another floor in a Midtown commercial building, and wanted the same set up and tie-in with their existing system. We installed color surveillance dome cameras and connected them to the existing Digital Video Recorder. We added new doors to the existing access card system and reprogrammed all cards for improved access.
A Commercial Building in Tribeca.
The client was looking to have a new intercom system installed that will look as modern as possible, so it matches the retro character of the building itself. We decided together to go with the Sidel freestanding outdoor intercom panel and the Sidel handset units for the tenants.
A Growing Company with New Office Space.
The client recently acquired office space, and needed new access cards to be programmed, and training on how to schedule different employee cards, and to add and remove employees as needed. We assembled a card access system, that includes restricted access to several areas, that works with the client’s stated needs.
One of the Oldest Residential Buildings in the City.
The client has a driveway at a landmark building, with a security booth in the back. They wanted to install a camera to show all incoming traffic. Being a landmark, the work could not leave any exposed wires. We installed a weatherproof, panoramic-view camera on a bracket, with all wires hidden.
An Upper West Co-op Building.
The client renovated the exterior, including a new face, new doors, etc., and needed a new intercom system. The new Sidel video intercom best complemented the new, modern, and slick look of the building. We replaced the front panel and units within all apartments, and finally, installed new wiring to complete the project.
